What's special?
Mechanical spinning head/steam nozzle is replaced by internal cyclone to mix air with milk/beer and an internal heating coil can heat the milk at the same time to increase foam/bubble making efficiency.
Internal mixing processing avoids any milk spilling out and change the way to make bubbles. The integration of floating stability calculation (from shipbuilding and maritime engineering) and reversed cyclone tower (enlightened by Dyson product lines) make our design not only a fancy product but a design with engineering insight and profundities.

Realistic simulation provides physical insights of how it works before production
1. Air inlets are at the bottom layer of tower to initiale the internal cyclones.
2. Cyclones will make the tower internally negative pressurized and suck the milk/beer in from the top layer of inlets.
3. Milk foam/bubble has smaller density and is driven by upward cyclone threads to go through the yellow nozzle which provides additional driven pressure by accelerating flow.
4. Milk/beer is represented in red as liquid phase. Foam/bubble and air is demonstrated on sectional fields.
5. Milk/beer which is not completely foamed flows back to the cup at the bottom of the cyclone tower and waits for the next foaming cycle.
6. Foam/bubble is generated and flows down like a fountain on the exterior petals.

Going through multiple stages of design iteration to refine current design. Making engineering prototypes to prove of concepts. Fundraising or nominated by awards to be financially supported to speed up the nurturing process for our design.
