- Lead the charge of vision-based ultrasonic laser speckle interferometry (VU-LSI)
- Develop ultrasonic damage inspection methods for composite structures
- Propose statistical-based anomaly detection approach for structural health monitoring (SHM)
Conduct independent investigations on vision-based ultrasonic laser speckle interferometry (VU-LSI) and ultrasonic inspection methods for barely visible impact damage (BVID) in composite structures. Work on machine vision techniques to characterize damage signatures with qualitative and qualitative analysis. Provide explanatory interpretation for higher dimensional data representation, projection and manipulation.
